"The property was immaculate with beautiful landscaping. The rooms were clean, light and airy. The neighborhood was quiet. Within 1/2 a mile of shopping and the best L&L Barbecue we’ve ever tried! I loved the precious little day geckos too. They have snorkeling equipment, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs to use and even a cute little library for guests. Looking forward to spending time here again with family and friends."

"We have rented Simmy's house next door (vrbo 49376) several times but this was the first time we stayed in this house. We rented both houses as we had a family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids this trip and it made a great family compound for our group. The lanai is very large and it's where our family of 11 spent a great deal of time. The location of the property is a big plus as you can walk to Kahaluu Beach or Magic Sands (we drove to Magic Sands as we had so much gear!). It's also a short...

"Isaac's rental units are easy going with a family atmosphere to it. The house is in a living neighborhood so you don't have the feeling of being among tourists - you get to experience a local green neighborhood full of cool plants and rich with birds. It's also conveniently placed to just walk to some of the best Kona Coast beaches within few minutes. Isaac is a great and super friendly communicator and clearly keep his house and the plants in great shape. We will be coming back!"

"Great location and home base for exploring the island! There’s a Beach Shack across the street where we enjoyed lattes and açaí bowls and watched the kids boogie board and jump waves at Magic Sands beach. Well stocked kitchen and a KTA within a six minute drive. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would recommend and love to stay again. "

"We LOVED this place. The location was perfect for snorkeling (Kahalu'u) AND boogie boarding (Magics)! Nice quiet little building, just off Ali'i drive, and the property manager is such a a great guy! The place was super clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.
