Position of the hotel is very good. Although it is in the centar of the town, you will not be destructed by the noise from the street. Once you step in the hotel, you will experience quite different atmosphere than one on the crowds streets. It looks like you step into the paradise!
I do not know what kind of expectations other people have, but basically, to those who are not satisfied, they can go to 5 or 6 stars hotel if they can afford it!

My room had a partial sea view, but it was far from the only elevator.
They had 2 pools, and I noticed they had a few rooms that had direct access to the pool - that would be really nice. I would book far enough in advance to get a pool access room. Give the hotel’s cat an ear scratch for me.

We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade. We had an amazing room with a balcony and gorgeous view of the ocean. Great location and walking distance to Karon and Kata beach and shops and restaurants. There's a big hill you have to walk up to get to the hotel, but there's also a nice driver who will take you up to the top. The pool is lovely and relaxing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is magnificent. It's very foresty and tropical. Our room had an ocean view and it was so beautiful to wake up to, the water was so blue! The restaurant's food was delicious. The pool overlooking the ocean is great for aesthetic pictures. The staff was all very friendly. Free shuttles to and back to Karon and Patong Beach. Only like 10 minutes away from Patong which is a pretty big city for shopping and night life in Phuket. Recommend!!
