"Lovely staff, rooms were clean very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was of excellent quality and on early check out they even prepared a takeway snack for us. Also sorted out transfers and a tourist trip. We all enjoyed this hotel. Rooms slightly dated but fully equipped and as stated comfortable. Hapily stay again if we returned to Poland."

"The reception is not at the entrance of the building, & no clear indication of where it is. It is in the bar around the corner & should be clearly marked at the enterance of the building. Otherwise location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distace from main square, Wawel castle & Jewish quarter."
