"Forstly, I was a little disapointed on checkin and on getting to our room. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel/room looks old fashioned/dated. However, the rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon lovely and cold, fantastic high powered shower that was like a jet wash. Staff all friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping replaced towels/bedding etc as required. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. We were in a room at the back of the hotel, you could hear the trams passing on the road at the front of the hotel during the day, but they didnt wake us in the morning when they started running Negatives- Bed cover was undersized for the bed and curtains barely covered the width of the window so you always had light brightly waking you up in the morning However, overall it was a very nice stay, Krakow is lovely and if i was staying here again i wouldnt be upset."
