"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "I had the best experience at the Art’otel in Hoxton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless and special. A huge thank you to Bruna and Shaun, who were incredibly helpful and attentive across both days of our stay — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Before we even arrived, Daniel was brilliant over the phone. He handled our initial enquiry with such care and attention, answering all our questions. We left feeling recharged and really looked after. This stay exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend! "
