"The location is great. Quick walk down to a sandy beach. Water is clear and great swimming. We were lucky to be there during whale season and could watch them from sitting in the yard. We had a group of 7 adults and the property provided lots of room for everyone to sleep and enjoy time together both inside and outside. "

"The place is amazing! The location is perfect! In a beautiful garden with an easy walk across the street to Anini Beach which was beautiful for swimming and snorkeling. We loved the sounds of all the birds! Eating meals on the lanai was the best. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed plus a BBQ on the wrap around patio. We did not want to ever leave this paradise. We are hoping to return next year so we can take the kayaks up the river and see the waterfall."

"The most ideal location on Moloaa bay, the home is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach in front the house has everything we needed with small children. Shade, gentle waves, tide pools with abundant sea life! It was a lovely place for my husband and three kids( age 8,4, and 3yrs). Deborah was an excellent host and quick to respond. The hardest part was leaving. We hope to be lucky enough to visit again :)"

"House was perfect. Our family's 4th time to this location but 1st in this house. Space and layout excellent, location and proximity to beach excellent. Good beach chairs. Everything worked perfectly. Snorkels were good but fins were children's size or a very small adult, so if you wanna use fins, gotta rent em in town. Lack of a/c noted by other reviewers did not bother us given good supply of fans.

"What can i say!!! The pictures on the website were beautiful BUT.. the actual experience even surpassed the website. I have never been on a more tranquil property. Just sitting On the deck overlooking two waterfalls was a meditative experience. The huge bathtub also overlooked the waterfalls. Neil and Barb were wonderful hosts. My whole experience was exhilerating."

"This place was perfect. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to relax and make meals. We had a party of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great outdoor sitting areas and the kids loved the jacuzzi. Just across the street from Anini beach, where even the locals were jealous of the house's proximity! This is "the beach" to go to according to the locals if you have kids, want to snorkel or paddleboard or just relax on the beach. The kids went snorkeling...

"The house was right on the beach. We had a great stay. Chef Andrew prepared our first dinner and it was incredible. Communication with the property manager was easy."

"Directly across form the most pristine, clam, beach. Although it's a public beach it feels very private. House is beautiful. Great room is very spacious was great for a big group. Great showers, comfortable beds. Kitchen could use some updating/upgrades. Utensils, pots, pans etc we're pretty basic."
