"The eggs an turkey sausage at breakfast were terrible. Had to make do with cereal, fruit and prepackaged muffins. Hotel itself was good. Large suite with cooktop, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and keurig."

"Rod at the front desk was nice and kind and helped us out! The room was beyond nicer than what I thought an inn would look like! It was cleaned and well maintained and right on the beach! Would 100% stay here again! Bed was nice and comfy! It truly felt like a home away from home! Felt so much nicer than just your typically motel stay. Felt like a mini home!"

"While this property was built in 1939 and therefore are smaller rooms, it has retained the lovely charm of its day and incorporated modern amenities. It is well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive to the area. While the dunes prevent a view of the ocean, it is just a short walk to the beach. It is close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument, which was our primary reason for our stay."

"Amazing"

"If you have dogs this is the perfect place right in the beach, quiet and staff are nice."

"Nice location for one night stay"

"Great location just needs a face lift"

"Superb!!"

"First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. Neither Expedia nor the property's own listings make this clear. They need to be honest about this in their advertising. Second, privacy and security are real concerns. My suite's sliding door opens essentially straight onto the beach with no barrier — I never felt safe leaving it open to hear the waves,...

"Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs"

"Overall everything was fine , rooms were a little dated"

"Great location and really clean. Maintenance needed badly as the outdoor shower leaks from the pipes and the shower head in the room was coming out the wall. Still a nice clean motel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!"
