The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

Overall great hotel. We enjoyed it. The only con for us (but that is personal preference) although firm the pillows were too flat. Would recommend 10/10

Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!

Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure.

Stay this hotel from Sept 5- 15 on top 14th floor, newly build hotel, despite there is a train track beside it, it is actually super quiet inside the room, few step away from train station and has a grocery market place right underneath, the room is clean and modern equipped, the management dispatches clean towels every day. Would stay there if I travel near it.

Great alternative to Tokyo! This property is located a few minutes’ walk from the east exit(s) of Omiya station. Rooms are large (by local standards), clean, quiet, and new. Bars and restaurants are located nearby. There are free lockers on site to store luggage. A buffet breakfast is included for no extra charge.

The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The amenities (lounge, 7eleven on site, restaurant) were all very useful for supporting our conference attendance. A short bus ride or pleasant walk to the train to downtown Tokyo.

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. This place hands down was AWESOME, the rooms were very clean and spacious Staff was so friendly and accommodating and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to a 7-11 and the Ichiban-gai is very close by. I am very very impressed with this hotel.

The service, staff and accommodations were excellent.

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

The hotel is a short distance to Kitasenju station which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options within short walking distance. Shopping places are plentiful close to the hotel. The hotel room is a little bigger than hotels of same categories. It also has a massage chair. There are 2 water bottles and snacks are provided daily. Room is cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Towels are of good quality. Reception staff are professional, courteous and very helpful.
