The hotel staff was very friendly, made us feel comfortable and even helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel. The location is very convenient being just a few minutes away from the train station, konbinis and good restaurants. Shin-koiwa is a nice place away from the big city, while still having everything you need within walking distance. "
