"Great for travelers in transit. Check in was easy. Walked down the street for a simple fresh meal and also there was a Lawson in the lobby. Room was efficient for one night. Hot shower was great. Bed a little hard but doable. Went to the free breakfast buffet and was included in room. Worth getting if no time in airport. Then shuttle to airport is offered by large bus or it’s an easy taxi ride. Would stay again if flying in/out of Narita and had to do a night in Japan."

Me, my brother , and my mom were in the bus, but when we got to the other hotel everyone but us has gone to the other hotel. This hotel’s service is amazing and it made our days especially when we were on a 11 hour flight. Thank you, Art hotel."

"Great room with washer/dryer combination. Instructions are in Japanese so you’ll need google translate. Bath /shower really nice, place is really clean with everything you need and close to 7/11 and a Family Mart. Also close and withing walking distance to train stations with Dotonbori easily to get too."
