"The room was a bit tiny but I expected that. But other than that amazing room, cleaning and staff was very friendly. "

"Superior Twin Room was quite spacious for just my daughter & I. The beds were very hard but still quite comfy.. Hallway was quite noisy at night and could use extra soundproofing for rooms for that and noise from room above. As a light sleeper earplugs were welcomed! Blackout window covers were fantastic and in place due to airline crews staying at the hotel. Was great for a sleepin! Staff were all lovely and the 711 located just off the lobby was fantastic! Free shuttle to and from airport/station & mall was also welcomed and utilised! Luggage storage before checkin was not an issue also. Very handy to stay before travelling home the next day. "

"One night stay at Hotel Nikko Narita. Very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. We went to Aaon mall and did some shopping as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."
