"One of the friendliest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant, in every area. They couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast choice was amazing. The location was a pleasant 20 minute walk from the city centre (or only a short Uber ride away) and located adjacent to the university campus. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay. An enjoyable and relaxing break, well looked after by the excellent staff team."

"Had issues with our room key when we arrived but the woman on reception sorted the problem out withing a few minutes and gave us another available room, she was lovely. The room was massive it felt like we had our own apartment as bedroom was seperate from living room and bathroom. Bed comfy and no issues with noise. Only issue was the shower either went freezing or absolutely roasting feel like the system could do with an update. Amazing that you can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi until half 9 so we went for a swim in the evening! Can't wait to stay again! "

"Very friendly staff and lovely restaurant/ bar. Bit confusing as a walking couple arriving at the station and trying to find the hotel but when leaving found the easy route back to the train station. If researched better would have been easy."
