"The staff are pleasant and helpful. I like all their food for breakfast. When I arrive earlier than expected there is a locker in the basement you can store your luggage. The location is close to stores, supermarket, Daiso and walkable to Namba station, Dontonbori and Ocat. I is a busy area. There is also a Lawson store close by."

"The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka is a first class hotel located in the Namba Osaka district. I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking. Overall, the room is very spacious and clean, and there are a lot of grooming amenities for you at your convenience. And that’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. You don’t have to pack too much stuff. It’s all right here!"

"Love the location as it is next to Tennoji Train Station - a main hub for public transport. The HARUKA Express Train can take you to airport less than an hour. Kintetsu Department Store and many restaurants are in the next building. It is also connected to MIO, a popular shopping centre. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff on all levels are efficient and polite. Breakfast is good. This was our third stay at Osaka Marriott Miyako. We will surely pick it again.."
