Quiet, fresh and clean, very comfortable, super convenient (across from bus and train station) and lovely surroundings (didn’t feel like a concrete jungle). Starbucks and convenience store right beside us. Of all the places we visited in Kyoto during our tours we continually agreed that this hotel made for the best home base. "Room was excellent (although we did notice some slight mould buildup around a vent), central Kyoto easy to get to and nice and close to the staion as well, overall was a great stay. The only downside we found was the breakfast selection in the morning was somewhat limited, but if you are looking to spend a few days in Kyoto this is a great hotel to do it at!"
