"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...

"Surprised to not find people at a desk to check you in just kiosks. I did not have a booking number so I could not even start and then spent some time trying to find someone to help me . Boy if you don’t have a smartphone you are so screwed and if you are an older person it would be hard"

"Excellent location, close to all the tourist areas in town, restaurants, shops and squares, and the harbor where to take the mini cruise to the fjords. Walkable and safe location. Hotel very clean, breakfast was wonderful, bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful. "
