"La comida y la atención del personal excelente. Las facilidades hermosas, pero en la habitación, el baño se debe remodelar, el gabetero está deteriorado y las gabetas casi no sierran. Deberían mejorar las actividades nocturnas."

"It was great! Just had trouble with the service in some restaurants, customer service wise, but other than that I loved how you would be able to take a transportation cart and be able to be transported to different locations in the resort since it does have like 4-5 resorts in there."

"The resort itself was excellent only thing is try to avoid from Expedia. The flights (frontier) extremely horrible they flew us to Atlanta Georgia from Orlando it was mind boggling. Didn’t understand why we’re going north to go south. Also we were over an hour on the runway because they couldn’t park the plane and going to Punta Cana we were in the plane on the runway for 3 and half hours. Finally when we got to Punta Cana the taxi we booked through Expedia ( talixo) didn’t show up for 1 and half hour. So say the least our whole day which were counting on was ruined. So never booking again from Expedia."

"Rooms were very clean and SOME of the staff were polite (Angel & Alberto at the pool bar) they deserve a raise. The hotel next door which is called Dreams had the best food!! Lots of entertainment on the resort all day everyday. Night club at on the resort! I would book this resort again!"
