"Luis was so helpful!!! Totally had our back whenever there was an issue and came quickly. This property is best suited to people who speak at least conversational Spanish. It's a modest, basic place with a fantastic location. If you speak Spanish, the staff will treat you wonderfully. If not, it's nothing personal, but they don't know how to communicate with you so you're going to have a lot of challenges. "Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
