The food option is top tier and their entertain is top tier as well. I can’t say a single negative thing about this resort. I absolutely love them and everything about it. "

From the moment we arrived until we departed, the customer service was outstanding—everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and courteous. The true highlight of our trip, however, was the unparalleled service provided by our Consierge, Kevin Paulino. Kevin truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. He took the initiative to handle all of our a la carte restaurant reservations, making dinner planning completely stress-free. More impressively, he checked on us daily, both in person and via text message, demonstrating a commitment to personalized service we rarely see. When we notified him that the steamer in our room wasn't working, he had it replaced quickly and efficiently. His attentiveness elevated our entire vacation. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel's amenities and food were excellent. The buffet restaurant offered a great variety of choices, and the food was consistently fresh and delicious. Furthermore, the property itself is beautifully maintained; the pools and gardens were immaculate and provided a relaxing atmosphere all week long.
