"We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. The pools were nice and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you Cana Rock! "

"They get one star because they cancelled my reservation 3 days before my family's travel. We had to scramble and find new accommodations because of a scheduling/availability issue. "

"Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!"

"Overall a wonderful vacation - Two parents over 65 and two adult children. Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We rented a car (recommended), stopped at the National Supermarket by airport and bought breakfast food and snacks. Easy 15 min drive to apt. "From the beginning, Liz has been great with communication and helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to go for everyday things. She even was great at setting up transportation to and from the airport. The community is gated with guards and has security 24/7. It is conveniently located to every thing you need 1st the beach 5 minute walk. 2nd Restaurants 5 -15 minute walk. 3rd major shopping 15 minutes drive. Our unit was very spacious but a little dated it was well equipped for our stay. The property grounds well kept. Pool and pool area spacious and well kept. We would recommend and will stay at Sol Tropical again in the future"

"Loud because of the people out in the street other than that it really is quiet inside the property. Except on Mondays when they’re starting early on the landscaping. You can’t bring people over so that’s something to be aware of. I would most definitely come again. Electricity is charged at .36 cents a kilowatt. Due to the nature of the area. Lots of things are rusty."
