"A really excellent experience. There are other resorts out there that are a lot more expensive, but this one to me seemed top-notch. No complaints, except the fact that we requested two beds and they only gave us one bed and a sofa that folded out to be an uncomfortable bed. Enjoyed the food. Staff was great. I would definitely go there again. And access to the beach was fantastic. There are people who try to sell you stuff, but they are not aggressive. Once you tell them, no, they leave you alone."

"I went on a solo trip I felt safe the whole time. The property is clean and the staff is nice. The food could've been better but can't really complain when everything was GREAT. I recommend getting the elite the perks are worth it. I want to say Suge that checked me in with Elite was so helpful,I had a really nice bell man (sucks I can't remember his name), and most of all Evelyn in the Elite bar is the best. If you want good quality drinks make sure to find her. Everything about her is Great!!!"

"Beautiful well maintained property, landscaping. Very friendly staff! We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. We could see the ocean from the balcony. We also overlooked the pool, so the room was nice. They have showers in the lobby but nobody told us. That should be the first thing they say when you have to wait after traveling all day. There were ice machines all throughout, though sometimes they were out of ice. But we walked down one flight and got it. If I could make any improvement, I would add water fill up stations around, and a free cup to each guest. We had to get water bottles all the time, then throw them out. The cups at the bar were also disposed. Having the option of less plastic waste would be a good improvement. "
