"Our first time at this property but definitely not our last. My boyfriend and i came down for the weekend and had purchased the all inclusive package for our stay and we’re not disappointed! Accessing the beach, pool and bar from our room was super easy. All hotel staff were great and understanding that our spanish was not the best but always helped with whatever we needed. The bartender at the pool was amazing and incredibly nice! The buffet had lots of different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Since the hotel is owned by a parent company with three hotels on the same street it gave us even more options for dining than we had realized we had with our all inclusive package. We can’t wait to come back to Mazatlan and stay at Sunset Palace Hotel! "

All the staff were very kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Antonio Balderas at the front desk, who helped us a lot with our reservations and tours, he was always willing to assist us with a great attitude.
