Full of period features and although we only stayed for one night we did have a chance to stroll around the farm and surrounding area. "A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course.
