"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton in Oaklawn. I stayed here for four days while visiting and the housekeeping service was completely unacceptable.
The first night was fine, but after that everything went downhill. On the second day, I specifically went down to the front desk and asked for our room to be cleaned before we left for the day. When we came back, the room had not been cleaned at all. It actually looked like they simply refolded the same sheets and left everything else exactly the same.
The next morning, I left early and again requested housekeeping. When I returned later that day, the room was still dirty. Garbage was still on the floor, towels were still on the floor, and nothing had been touched.
As a Hilton Honors Gold member, this was extremely disappointing. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never experienced housekeeping this poor. When you request service twice and still return to a dirty room, it’s unacceptable.
I expected much better from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this stay was a very frustrating experience."
