Great spot for a stay to enjoy Chinatown for certain and within a 15 minute walk to Wintrust Arena for any events."

"I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"
