"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"If I could give the property and their management a negative 10 I would. Two days before the stay I got a message saying to reach out to them for check in instructions 72 hours before. I replied and received no answer I kept trying up until the day we arrived in Zurich. I kept calling but no answer, we arrived in Zurich at 3pm by 6pm we started to look for another hotel. Everything was booked by then, at 7:45pm I tried calling one more time and she answered telling us all we needed to do was go...

"Supertolle Ferienwohnung mit vielen gemütlichen, durchdachten Details. Die zwei großen Balkons laden mit Weber-Grill, großer Holzschaukel und Whirlpool dazu ein, Zeit draußen zu verbringen. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Kuschelige Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt. Der Gastgeber Ingolf ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich und legt großen Wert auf die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!"

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles im guten Zustand. Es merkwürdig ist, dass es keine richtigen Heizungen gibt, sondern nur Wand montierte Flächenstrahler, oder Spiegel, die im Bad geheizt haben. Grundsätzlich war das aber ok.Ansonsten ist der Ort als Standort für Ausflüge optimal."

"Die Ferienwohnung hat Licht und Schatten. Gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Pool, das große, gut ausgestattete Fitness-Studio, die Tischtennisplatte im Freizeit-Raum und die schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit gutem WLAN und Wassersprudler und das saubere Bad.Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Anlage insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und man das der Wohnung auch dort ansieht, wo sie nicht renoviert wurde.
