"Really nice people working there. This hotel is kind of a dump but it’s cheap and in the suburbs so I didn’t complain when my room was so dirty I lost stuff when I dropped it and looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and all kinds of trash in a room that smelled vaguely of smoke. The guests are apparently all obnoxious, they charge a $50 “damage deposit” which tells you about their clientele. Convenient enough for court in Lawrence and gym is nice. "The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Looks like they are doing some renovating so no problem there Convenient to the airport and the garden so that's nice. Staff was pretty friendly. Overall, for the money you get a bit more than you pay for. "
