"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. "I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. The house got double booked so we had 2 women & a bloke banging the door, who threatened to put all the windows through & my car windows before I said “please don’t, that’s my car!” Ants on the kitchen work surfaces.
