"An amazing property in an amazing location. Set in the middle of farmland this Sussex Timber Framed House is truly unique. The whole history of the land and property are documented from 1245 both in book form and on the walls of the entrance porch. Filled with original beams and woodwork, inglenook fireplaces and furnished to compliment the age of the building but with modern day living taken into account. "The house is really poorly soundproofed. From inside and outside. We took only ons shower there. We had warm water for 1 minute and then it went to very cold water. We wouldn‘t recommend the accommodation for a longer stay. We stayed there for 3 nights."
