"Lovely room, brllliant staff"

"The location is beautiful and so is the hotel. The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival. I would just expect better from a 5*"

"Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town....

"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history. Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The...

"A quality property with comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely surrounding gardens. Breakfast was rather chaotic due to numbers of guests attending at once. We were asked to wait in the bar area until a table was available, the buffet was rather diminished by then and not replenished. "

"Overall lovely hotel. We were unlucky with a room with a musky fishy smell which detracted from all the other lovely room features. I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook. Staff lovely and room quiet. breakfast good and grounds wonderful. "
