"This was our second stay at Harmony Cottage and we love it! It's a perfect little cottage for my husband and I. It's clean, well-appointed, wonderful location, quiet street, and a very good bed. I personally love the walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head. Kitchen is really nice with everything you could possibly need. We'll try to stay there on our next trip to Franklin...probably 2 years down the road when our next grandchild graduates from high school."

"Nice sized cottage. Had everything we needed. Felt the mattress was in need of being replaced. Wi-Fi was sketchy, but maybe because there were some storms while we were there. Overall it was a very nice place. Super convenient to walk the downtown area."

"I wanted to get away for peace and peace is what I found. It wasn't very far from restaurants and stores, so I was able to get out to grab a few things. Roads around the area was a little tricky at night, so do your shopping early. I would definitely come back."

"We had a marvelous time. Our hosts take great care of their property and there were several thoughtful touches such as pleasant or not scented soaps, a filled Britta pitcher, etc. the chickens in the nearby yard were a nice surprise 😜"

"The Cottage at Arrington was exactly what my wife and I needed for our Nashville weekend trip to see our daughter’s family! The driveway up to the place is absolutely beautiful! Gene and Judy were such great hosts! The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay and the pool was an added bonus! The screened in porch of the master bedroom was one of our favorite places! We will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit!"

"The property was beautiful and we enjoyed all the animals during our down time. My daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and horses carrots each day when not on the softball field. It brought back childhood memories being on the farm in PA. It was a relaxing trip and if in the area again we will definitely book another stay."

"After traveling for many weeks it was lovely to spend 4 days here. Everything we needed was provided. The bed and pillows so comfortable. A quaint cottage which was exactly what we were looking for. Nice and quiet but so close to Leipers Fork village. Be aware that there are steps to enter house. Only three at front door but would be difficult if disabled as no rail."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We primarily wanted a place that was quiet and secluded so we didn't have to go anywhere if we didn't want to. This place fit the bill. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make the meals we wanted. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the porch swing was a real hit. Will book again if/when we come back to the area."

Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door. "Great location, very enjoyable walk over the river to downtown Columbia which is a cool little town to grab dinner and drinks. Home was easy and convenient. I’d make sure you ask them to open up the house and turn the air on in advance of your arrival. It was 88 degrees in the house the first evening when we arrived and it took a long while for the AC to kick in; not great sleeping. Other than that it was a pretty awesome rental experience. Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone...

"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. We’re hoping to make this an annual gathering! FYI-the hall bathroom toilet runs continuously and we’re a little concerned about your foundation to the right of the front door."
