"We absolutely loved our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the evening Kickback with food and drinks was such a great bonus, and the rooftop pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better. Broadway was an easy walk, so we were able to enjoy all the live music, restaurants, and nightlife without worrying about driving or parking. It was also close to so many other attractions, making it the perfect home base for our Nashville trip. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every part of our experience exceeded our expectations, and it’s one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing hotel with outstanding service, fantastic amenities, and an unbeatable location!"

"Room was great! Very large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Wonderful view of downtown. We could walk to all venues and attractions. Never took our car out of the garage. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was abundant but so-so."

"The staff is very helpful and courteous. Close to Broadway, delicious breakfast. I didn't like that the bathroom had some mold in the shower and toilet was loose. Other than that everything was very good."

"The hotel was very nice. The rooms were the most luxurious but they did the job, gave us a place to lay our heads at nice and clean up in the morning. The pool was OK. Expecially when from our view point we could see the opposite hotel's pool, which made the Holiday Inns pool look small in comparison. The front desk crew were nice but I wish they were a little more knowledgeable of what was in the area, at least as it relates to the SoBro area. The valet were outstanding. We had an issue with our rental and they went up and beyond to get the vehicle started. In the end, we would use the hotel again BUT would not make it our first choice if we could afford to pay a little more."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years, and every experience has been exceptional. The staff is absolutely amazing from making reservations to check-in and all the way through check-out. They are always professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on providing outstanding service. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, and both residents and fellow guests are always pleasant and respectful. One of my favorite features is the attached parking garage, which makes coming and going incredibly convenient. The location is another huge plus. It is close to everything downtown, easily accessible, and within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. This hotel continues to exceed my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We had a great stay here! Check in instructions where accurate, shared space was clean ( pool area, games room etc. ) The room itself was perfect for us. We had 4 people in our room. Everything we needed was available to us. Would definitely stay here again!"
