"Active construction of front door area made getting into the hotel with suitcases difficult. All staff seemed overwhelmed by extra demands of construction. Help at front desk took a long time (for example to get packages). Also, some members of front desk staff were non-native English speakers making communication difficult.
I travel to Nashville a few times per year and typically stay at the Lowes. I will not be staying there until the construction is complete"
