"Spent 5 days with a group of 12. Had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful, food options were great, didn’t have a disappointing meal and never had trouble getting into any of the restaurants. Rooms were clean, ac was programmed and wouldn’t go below 22. That was only concern with room. Fridge was restocked daily. Had a swim up room which was a great option for a quiet afternoon in a pool. Main pool staff were amazing and the lunch served was awesome. Some of the afternoon pool activities could use a change. The bingo game does not get a lot of involvement and is more annoying to those who would rather have some music playing and cold drinks flowing. Entertainment nightly was great. Overall great stay and happy we choice this resort. "

"Hilton Cancun absolutely knocked it out the park! This resort was so relaxing with many options of things to do and places to eat! We especially appreciated the chicken taco cart and burger carts near each pool! While we had a minor hiccup with our shuttle (unrelated to the hotel itself), concierge did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns regarding the shuttle and worked to get us situated for the way home! We wanted to give a special shout-out to Axel (evening chef), Guadalupe (la Luce server), Olivia (chill pool server) and a few others who we were unable to recall names but the point is that we had outstanding service and appreciated everything about our stay! We will be return. "

"WOW! I'd like to start by saying I've vacationers at very nice all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta previously, but they don't even come close to the experience I had with Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I work for the Better Business Bureau, and spent 8 days as a single mom here with my 12 year old daughter. I have never felt so safe, genuinely loved, protected, and absolutely spoiled before in my life! Right from the start- Daniel at the front desk checked us in and my daughter instantly had a new bestie (he even upgraded us to an ocean view room free of charge)! The room itself was clean, huge, and the balcony was huge as well. It was always cleaned and restocked promptly. The Food OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was so fresh and the flavors (my daughter didn't even know grapes and watermelon had seeds until this trip). However, the staff is really what elevated this experience the most! Carol and Samantha always greeted us with genuine warm smiles and asking what our plans were for the day as they walked us to our table and pulled out our chairs - being a single mom - this is the first time my daughter really got to experience what "being treated like a lady" feels like. And I cannot send enough thanks or hugs to Luis and Deisy! They were always encouraging my daughter to test her Spanish skills with them and teaching her new words - they even brought her special mexican bows for "international child day". "
