"This is a great resort only if you have the swim up. The food was okay. Most of the bar staff were great. Waitresses walking pool side rarely came by even if you tipped well. The beach was unusable but not the fault of resort. Clean property. We didn’t have hot water our entire stay but was about the same temp as the pool so it wasn’t the worst. I did call front desk a few times but it wasn’t going to ruin our stay. Bellhops were amazing and friendly. One big and I mean big thing is there’s no timeshare people or presentation."

"Very family friendly resort. Loved all the amenities for kids esp the drop of care for 4yo . It gives parents some time to enjoy themselves too. The kids had an amazing time. The beach area could be better. The drop down from the stairs to sand was too steep. Overall we really enjoyed the facilities. Will love to come back again soon. "

"Loved that the property had themed nights for dining and events and entertainment for the guests. Fine dining was so impressive and we definitely got our money’s worth. Drinks were really good too, I recommend the Mango Margarita! One day of our stay, they had stands (jewelry/handcrafted items/souvenirs) on the property, which I was impressed by so we wouldn’t need to leave the resort to shop for those things. Maid service and in room mini bar was great too!"

The only thing is the lack of a sandy beach, but we did make great use of the pool by the beach side, and the restaurant on the beach is a great place to enjoy the evening. the staff are very friendly, and they do their best to ensure you are enjoying your trip. Thanks for a wonderful vacation."

"Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. "

"Best water park for children. Top notch entertainment options. Good food options. All centered around the enjoyment of the kids. CON: Transportation from the Lobby to the Rooms needs major improvement. There are only 4 sprinters and one was down during our stay. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes to catch a ride back to our room."
