"Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees...

"We had a short stay due to a canceled flight. And we wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel is so cute and clean! We loved it and happy to know there's a great option should cancellation ever happen again. Food across the street open late and 24 hour shuttle service to and from MCO is perfect! We loved our very short stay!"

"Todo super bueno lo mejor de todo el la entrada al parque de agua volcano queda dentro del hotel, las piscinas del hotel super buenas y en excelentes condiciones ,las habitaciones están en buen estado lo que recomendaría las luz del baño que las arreglen por lo menos en mi habitación 6646 , por lo general todo estuvo excelente. buen servicio y una excelente atención"
