The Tower Suite is a special place. Private entrance, two floors, and a private parking space. Respectfully, my wife and I weren’t there to mingle with other guests and loved the privacy. A stones throw from cliff walk access. We covered 17 miles in 2 days on foot between the cliff walk and our strolls into downtown Newport which is roughly 3/4 mile. Our car didn’t move until we regrettably headed back to reality…

The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

Spent the weekend in Newport, on our way home from Boston. Hotel was conveniently located, but needed the car to get to town and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious, perfect for family with little children. Breakfast was generous, eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, etc. and hot coffee. Cookies in the late afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful in making dining recommendations I would stay here again and do recommend this property

Our first stay at the Serenity Inn was excellent. Over the years, I have stayed in many places when visiting Newport, but none as conveniently located as the Serenity Inn. Easy walking distance to Newport harbor with its restaurants and shops, as well as to Bellevue Ave with the mansions and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is tight with 7 spots on premises, but there is additional parking close by.

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for the early risers we are and a 2 minute walk to the Easton beach. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my daughter and I and so we had time to hang in the living room and enjoy a movie together but our own space to read and relax at night. No sharing a bathroom was a huge plus! lol The Cliff Walk and mansions were all in walking distance as well and we took full advantage of that. This is the third time we have stayed here. Just one night as we passed through visiting relatives. This time we had a suite with the loft and it was the whole family-including three small children. Very roomy and nice. The location is downtown Newport. The parking is GREAT. You can leave your car right in front and walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly pleasant. Great location for points of interest and restaurants. Morning complementary breakfast was amazing. The staff made sure we were well informed and provided us with useful information to get the most out of our stay. We would highly recommend this location and will make plans to return in the near future.

Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!

Quick weekend stay in Newport with the pups. Great location and overall experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling with pets. One complaint would be that you can hear any movement in the rooms above you. We had someone who seemed to be doing laps in their room at 3am, so they was a bit frustrating.

Great little inn on a quiet peaceful street in Newport. Minutes from shops and restaurants on the main drag! Loved our room it was very clean and comfortable. Nice little patio on the back yard and free parking in the back. Just wish they had offered breakfast for the price. Tea and coffee was available though.
