"Parking is terrible. Difficult to maneuver. Trucks and large cars should not be allowed in the garage!"

"The hotel was very nice and great location. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and along the water. Elevators are very old and a little scary but they said they will be updating them soon. Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. Checked in online and we saw that our room was ready but still made everyone wait until 4pm to check in. When you asked for any information they would say wait for the app. Not even sure why they had front desk staff if they weren’t going to help guests....

"This is what I expected and wanted from a Motel 6 simple, cheap, close to the airport and crossed my fingers it would not be too dirty … but to my surprise the room was fully renovated, super clean, had a fantastic AC unit and a great bathroom. All in all, if this is the new direction Motel 6 is going into, I will definitely be looking there way whenever I travel and are looking for accommodations in the future."

"We never went to The Pacific!! We got a text from Expedia telling us the Pacific was closed due to renovations and we were booked at Motel 6 Chula Vista. We paid $50. to take us there only to find out we did not have a reservation. So Expedia has our $274. and we have no accommodations. We rebooked through Expedia and Paid again We are now at Town and Country Resort"

"I would have to say that the location was excellent, room was clean, check in was a choir (not a hotel), air conditioning was weak or non existent, no TV remote therefore could not watch television (very disappointing). This location could go from fair to excellent with jus a little upgrading on the owners part."
