"The location was perfect in San Diego. The resort was beautiful. The rooms were very cozy and modern. Tons of tv channels and streaming options! They had laundry onsite and 2 pools. The pools were a great vibe. Staff was friendly, nice, and helpful! "

"Property and room was great ,only problem I had was 2 weeks before my stay I got harassing messages from hotel that they were not going to honor the pricing from Expedia and had to call twice to Expedia customer service at the end they did honor the price."

"It's great for the price. The only issue was that the elevators were out of service and the stairs do not take you to the lobby. Whenever we had to leave the hotel, the stairs took us either outside in an alleyway, or to a part of the hotel where the exits were emergency only. It was very frustrating. "

"Front desk was amazing. She accommodated me so well, knowing I was there to work the wedding. She placed me on the same floor as my clients for the next morning and it was so helpful. Room itself was great. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Great ammenities and nice view. Had room service which was convenient. $23 credit came with my room booking so it went toward my room service which was great! Overall highly recommend "

"Always a nice stay right on India St in Lil Italy walk to it all. Been here 5x past three years always a nice stay. Parking garage will not fit your trucks and 4x4 Jeeps have to park up the street in ACE over night parking and walk back. "
