"Expedia transferred my reservation here after the first place was nasty and unsafe. When we checked in, the staff was very nice and courteous and it was a welcome relief. Our room was clean and no issues at all. They upgraded our room to have a balcony at ocean view just because of the bad experience at the previous hotel.
