Bien situé et dans l'ensemble plaisant. Cependant la chambre manquait de praticité. Il y a une cuisine équipée complète mais aucune chaise ou table pour manger ce qu'on aurait cuisiné, le coin canapé étant sympathique au premier abord mais peu utilisable pour manger. La climatisation n'a surement pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps car la gestion des températures est difficile. En bref, une chambre idéale si vous n'y etes que pour un weekend, moins si vous souhaitez y rester. L'emplacement est vraiment agréable et calme au vu de l'activité alentour. En +, bien desservi et on reste dans la zone 1 du métro.

De eerste dag was het water tijdens het douchen koud. Tevens een onhandige inrichting van de ruimte, bij binnenkomst heb je rechts wel een keuken maar geen eettafel? Ook staat er onnodig een grote slaapbank dicht op het bed waardoor je niet goed het bed kan instappen. Er is geen housekeeping en maar 1 handdoek voor 2 personen. Vanwege de onhandige indeling kan er ook niet goed schoongemaakt worden. Er lagen nog platgetrapte popcorn stukjes van de vorige gasten op de vloer. Niet aan te bevelen helaas… Ten slotte, nemen de dikke gordijnen de al beperkte loopruimte in.

Hello. we are a father and my 24 years old son back to london after 12 years... we took the 2 bedrooms apartment for 9 nights. That's very important . They have only one of that kind of apartment at this hotel. This is a very good air-conditioning plus 48meters with 2 large beds when only 1 sleeps on its one bed . Thats the reasone i chose that appartment . Very good coice. The comfortable beds .the air-conditioned flat and large space and dining table in the middle betwin the 2 bedrooms . One has a door. The other has a curtain to close. The staff was very friendly. The location is amasing and very close to aldgate east underground station. It's a new building and new facilities including the lights . The t.v and the usb socets all around . The only down side was the poorly maintenance of those staff . Some of the furniture and kitchen facilities are not proper maintained. After calling the maintainer guy several times they were fixed . But it should be that way . All others things are excellent. We both loved our stay . Especially the beds ... 🛌

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and won’t be coming back - the staff are unprofessional, snooty and just lack any level of understanding that they are in the service business. The rooms are extremely dark, I guess it’s not cool to have a well lit room so you can apply makeup comfortably.

very nicely designed hotel, but needs some reparation. in our case, the hub was making noise all night, the hot water in the shower was not working and we spent the first night in a hypersmall room where you would constantly bump into a wall.
