Sono stato in una camera singola, l' ascensore non era funzionanante e penso che sia l' unica pecca. Per il resto era abbastanza pulito, personale molto cortese e colazione buona. La camera era un po' piccola, ma comunque era specificato. Per quanto pagato lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Nice hotel in the centre of London and close to all public transport. The staff were friendly and they provide a decent cooked breakfast. The only disappointing thing was my room wasn't cleaned before my arrival as the staff manning the reception had to run upstairs to my room to remove rubbish that was left over by the previous occupant. Otherwise it's a good hotel for an overnight stay.

Godt for pengene.

Vi er lige vendt hjem efter 3 dages ophold. Og var godt tilfreds med hotellet. Beliggenheden var perfekt 2 min til undergrunden :) Hotellet er slidt, men rengøringen, servicen er i top. Morgenmaden var simpel, men god. Æg, bacon, bønner, og toastbrød med smør og marmelade. Værelser af ældre datoer, men der var det, som man skulle bruge. Klædeskab, skrivebord, seng, natbord. Badeværelset var kæmpe stort, og med badekar. Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale. Alt i alt et godt ophold til billige penge :)

De kamer was erg klein en het hotel is super gehorig. Het personeel was te alle tijde vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas was de put In de badkamer verstopt, waardoor we tijdens het douchen moesten oppassen voor een overstroming. De deur openen en sluiten was ook een hele opgave, maar al met al hebben we het overleefd en voelden we ons veilig in Pacific hotel. De locatie was perfect!

El hotel lejos de tener tres estrellas parece un hostal. La habitación necesita reforma con urgencia. No nos hicieron la cama en tres días solo extendían la colcha sin quitar las arrugas de la cama. Lo único bueno es su ubicación por tener el metro en la zona y el personal de recepción es amable. No hablan español.

Bed Bugs!!!

Most unprofessional and dirty hotel. The hotel first couldn't find my reservation. When they finally found my reservation I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. The second room was also occupied by bed bugs. I then went back to the front counter and returned the key and asked for a refund. The front desk employee refused to refund my money.

Uninhabitable

Group / family room with 3 beds x 2 nights 1st room substandard with massive dip in mattress & signs of improper cleaning. No shield over bath tub, no handtowels, bath mats. (These are not supplied, and when asked for additional towels, were told that none were available) Bathroom door handle fell off from inside, window is designed not to close. Solicitation and loud noise immediately outside hotel. Second room, after requesting to move appeared cleaner & at least had a shower cubicle albeit in an extremely confined space. Window closes and locks but solicitation and loud noise continued on 2nd night, immediately outside the hotel, in front of of the bedroom. Told reception and asked if i had said anything and told they cannot control what goes on in the street. We have now left, with bitemarks over our bodies from what seems to be an infestation of bedbegs. Breakfast is also poor with a choice of oily fried eggs, bacon & a small spoonful of beans. Toast tea, coffee & juice provided which is ok but more choice on food is needed, particularly at the rate they're asking for. I will not stay here again and neither would I recommend it. Hotels.com & other booking sites ought to examine whether this listing should be present on their sites.

Great hotel!

If you’re looking for a cheap and relatively central place to stay in London, this is definitely the place! The room was perfect, and I have no complaints. The staff were also super friendly and nice.

Well situated, near Paddington tube station. Service was great, but the lift was out of order... My bedroom was on the third floor. 50 steps. Apart this little thing, the rest was great.

void this flea pit

Room was tired and scruffy which is sort of ok for the price but clearly their were other residents in the room. A day or two later it was clear I had a dozen or more insect bites.

Staff are nice and location is good. That’s about it everything else was a nightmare. Bathroom is really small which is not a big deal if only it is clean. They gave us used soap with hair on it. The toilet won’t flush properly. The carpet is dirty, the elevator is broken, the stairs is safety hazard. Worst of all the bed bugs, my daughters legs is full of bed bugs bite, I thought it from mosquitoes since we leave the window open cuz there’s no AC until we saw few bed bugs crawling on the sheets. We left in the morning right away. I will not go back or recommend this hotel to anyone

Bra läge men oerhört nergånget hotell . Sängar som flytta på sig när man satt i dom , kändes som att man låg på fjärdarna från sängen , toalett som satt löst samt golv som också var löst . Vid fråga om det fanns något de kunde göra fick jag veta att fe skulle stängs ner om några månader

Ambulanssit ajavat useaan otteeseen ohi koska sairaala on kadun päässä. Yöllä tosin eivät käyttäneet sireenejä lähellä. Teeveden keitin löytyi muttei mukeja, vain lasi. Olisin kaivannut huoneeseen myös tv käyttöohjeet ja jonkinlaisen hotellin oman info lehtisen. Sänky oli mukava ja tv kanavia monta. Suihkun lämmin vesi oli hyvin riittävä vaikka suihkun paine alempi kuin haluaisin.

à éviter

Pour arriver à la chambre pour 4, il fallait prendre un escalier trés raide. La chambre n'est pas climatisée et donne sur une rue trés bruyante. Impossible de ne pas être réveillé toutes les heures. Propreté de la chambre à revoir, il y avait une bouteille de soda sous le lit quand on est arrivé. Problème de chasse aux toilettes, ils n'ont pas su réparer. Cabine de douche minuscule, impossible de se changer. Literie trés mauvaise, lit à ressort. Déjeuner très léger, thé ou café (imbuvable) et quelques toasts avec confiture. Ne réservez pas dans cet hôtel !

Bien situado, pero mediocres habitaciones

Inicialmente nos pusieron en una habitación que no era como habíamos reservado y en la que no se podían cerrar la ventana ni la puerta de acceso a un patio de luz. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a una habitación más acorde a nuestra reserva. Aun así, la puerta de la ducha estaba estropeada y no tenia ningún armario para poner la ropa, solo dos mesitas de noche. El desayuno estaba bien, y la localización del hotel es muy buena, con la estación de metro a 300m y paradas de bus casi en la puerta. Algunos ruidos por la noche debido al tráfico y ambulancias.
