Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the free coffee all day. The staff was excellent and friendly. While we only had breakfast one day, it looked very good.

Second stay at this property. It's excellent location, close to Notre-Dame Cathedral. Easy access to Hop on Hop Off buses. Walkable with a wide variety restaurants all nearby. Easy access to metro as well.

Very annoying that I have to request room to be cleaned every morning. I asked for a water bottle and they said in the policy it says 2 per stay. I was there for 4 days. Very ridiculous.

The area where the Hub is is great, in the heart of the SOHO district and walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat looking and clean but not super practical. In order to turn on the light in the bathroom the whole room had to be lit up. And the bed was not very comfortable, the mattresses were pretty worn out.

Great location with caveats

Decent room, surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed, but stained comforter - for a new hotel, things seemed a bit dinged up. Great location and good value compared to other offerings. Staff were helpful, but the place seemed under staff. Had to manually ask for room cleaning, despite having an automated system (over door tags), which didn't make sense. Breakfast was a plus for the price compared to how expensive London is.

The breakfast buffet was good overall, but the temperature settings on the hot food bar could use some attention as by the time you reach your table, the food is already quite cool. The same goes for the automated coffee machine, which could serve hotter drinks. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. However, the room itself could benefit from a closer look at its condition and cleanliness. There were areas of peeling wallpaper, mold or limescale in the shower, stains on the glass door, and noticeable buildup on the carpet around the baseboards and closet wall. A refresh and deeper clean would make a big difference.

GREAT location if you plan to walk. Construction had the road blocked so you have to walk to the end of the road for Ubers. It’s not a huge deal, but if you have a lot of luggage, wheeling it down the cobblestone could be tricky. The A/C made an odd winding sound every 15 minutes.

Communicated with hub at premier in soho through Expedia. Asked for early check in for our two rooms. Got response. Should be no problem. 15 pounds more. Fine. When I arrived, there was no record of request and only one room avail to do early. She said to check back at 1. I did. She was curt and said I told you 3. No. You didn’t. Also, small flies in room( my guess from the restaurant below.) I still love the price and convenience of hotel, the lippy woman and I just had a bad moment.

You get what you pay for with a budget hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, it was a queen bed but had a hard piece in the middle of the bed that made sleeping anywhere but the edge of the bed terrible. They "ran out of towel" and couldn't get a delivery because it was pride, so I didn't get any replacement towels even though I asked twice. The AC in the room randomly would change to hear and blow hot air. My window was tinted/opaque and did not get any natural light.
