From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The rooms are incredibly modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is incredibly central, right on Oxford Street, making everything the city has to offer easily reachable. Excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout made this a truly memorable stay.

Room 621. Room was slightly small but very nicely fitted out. Bed was comfortable. One of the windows wasn’t double glazed which made it noisy at time given the room overlooks Oxford Street.

Original room was pathetic. It was deemed to be renovated which it was not complete. No wardrobe, no place to hang coats, no amenities such as robes or slippers. Promised an adjustment for the room but none forthcoming. Room was not as depicted on Radisson site or Expedia. Front desk finally 2 days into our stay, placed us in a room which mirrored the website pictures for the level of room booked.

Fantastic hotel. Likely temporary issue: no air conditioning which wouldn’t have been a problem except that the boiler was on for the towel rack in bathroom. Effectively heating the room in middle of summer

Great hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location for Oxford street, it's right next Bond st underground station. We will definitely stay there again.
