Fantastic hotel. Likely temporary issue: no air conditioning which wouldn’t have been a problem except that the boiler was on for the towel rack in bathroom. Effectively heating the room in middle of summer

Great hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location for Oxford street, it's right next Bond st underground station. We will definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival of check-in we were advised the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't stay the night so we had to get transferred to another Radisson Hotel in Marble Arch, stay there for 1 night only and then come back to the bond street hotel as for the remainder of our stay - this wasn't ideal after lots of travelling. I understand these things happen but was highly frustrating neither hotels could've kept us in 1 place for the whole stay. They did comp us free breakfast as a sorry however still a lot of messing around was endured.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment and the airconditioning isn't working. You are told at the time of check-in, and can request a fan. We did have a fan, and it was no use at all, so it was boiling hot all afternoon and evening. There was hair and a spot of blood on the sheet, so we had to get that changed. The best thing about the stay was the lady on reception during check in - so was lovely and very friendly.

Lovely hotel perfectly placed for getting around the west end, clean spacious room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too, definitely stay again. Oh and don’t worry about the building work nearby - they finish early and don’t start till gone 8am so don’t really disturb at all,
