Nice stay close to British Museum and Tottenham Court Road tube stop (can take Elizabeth line to and from Heathrow to the hotel).
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Older but clean hotel. No elevator- our room was on 3rd floor, so consider how much luggage you will have to carry up stairs.
Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to many museums and theatres

Nice hotel in great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. However no lift and small staircase so bags need to be carried, we were on the top floor but luckily only had 1 small bag so this wasnt a huge problem.
