So this place has a terrific location. But no elevator and although the review said they would help with luggage, no one helped with ours. Luckily we had to move 7 bags only to second floor. The front desk night guy seemed uninterested in helping. The AC did not work in a second floor room and when it was brought to the attention of the night person, he said open window and then bugs flew in. Wouldn’t stay again

My husband and myself stayed one night in the hotel to see a show. Hotel was Ideally situated close to tube, theatres restaurants shopping and Covent Garden. I requested a ground floor room which the Manager granted. The room was lovely and quiet and very clean with usual amenities like kettle Good value for money and we’d recommend it

For 4 adults, it felt like we had our own little flat in London . It was centrally located to city sights and must sees. Loved that it was on a fairly quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Friendly and helpful staff were able to assist immediately when necessary; which includes having no hot water in the bathroom when we first arrived. Would definitely stay at the Fielding again. Thank you for such a great start to our European vacation.
