Booked 2 standard rooms- 1 was a reasonable size, the other was so small my suitcase had nowhere to go. The free 1/2 way clean does not include fresh towels or linen. We payed the 50 pounds for both rooms to get new towels and it took 2 days and complaints. And then they left the dirty towels in the room. There was garbage bags on the front step for our entire 10 day stay. Absolutely no privacy between the bed and bathrooms. Other than towels and asking x2 for an iron they said they supplied in the room, staff was helpful and easily contacted. If you are a single traveller staying for a short time, this would be an ok place to stay. It’s an excellent location and very quiet! But if you are travelling with someone else and get the small “standard” room, good luck.

The Warwick Hotel by Nestor is a good option for travelers seeking a convenient London base. Located in Pimlico, it’s about a 7-minute walk to Victoria Station, with easy access to buses, trains, and the Underground. The neighborhood felt safe throughout my stay, and there are plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés, a major grocery store, and a laundromat within minutes. I stayed in Room #10, located up two flights of stairs. The room was quite small, even for one person, with the comfortable double bed taking up much of the space. The private bathroom was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, and amenities included air conditioning, a drip coffee maker, kettle, and decent Wi-Fi. Two people with luggage would find the room very tight. A few things to note: there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and narrow, making luggage a challenge. Housekeeping is only provided upon request through the hotel’s app. Overall, the rooms are compact, but the excellent location, quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, and nearby amenities make this a good value stay in London.

I really enjoyed my time at The Warwick. There is room for improvement, such as the AC and Wi-Fi signal. Aside from that, it’s in an excellent location, within walking distance of main attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

A great location, just a 10min walk to Victoria station which has plenty of connecting services to get you all over town. Walking distance to some of the major attractions too. Comfy bed and spacious room although the pillows were a little flat. Also be warned there was only a privacy curtain between the room and bathroom, not a door so newly dating couples be advised haha

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was chosen because of of the Tube stop. BUT the bathroom was tiny, no shower door, the toilet was against the wall on one side and against the shower on the other side, super tight. We had never experienced zero staff on site, We are accustomed to staff and any provisions (Contental breakfast) or any staff to give us local pointers. Rooms were fair in price, after our stay I would definitely say our experience was underwhelming !

A pleasant surprise

The stay at The Warwick was a pleasant surprise. I admit that I was initially a bit sceptical about the code system etc. However, the room and bathroom were excellent. Clean, comfortable bed, ample amenities, eg boiler, coffee machine, milk, coffee, tea bags, soap, shampoo. A roomy shower. At the price I paid, The Warwick is a bargain. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next journey to London.

Small space but good location

We stayed three nights and it was ok for that time. The room was really small, there wasn’t even space to put the small hand luggage somewhere. It was basically a small bed and a bathroom. The room wasn’t much bigger than the bed. Because we only were there for the nights, it was ok but still not the most comfortable stay. People who don’t like small spaces shouldn’t choose this one. But apart from the space we had, it was quiet and in a central location.

Good location, walkable to Victoria station and nearby London sights. Clean but small room and bed. Could barely pass by the foot of the bed to get around. (Nothing like online photo) Small (non-Smart) TV. Awkward en-suite bathroom location up a steep staircase of 4 steps within the room. Not good in the night especially with no handrail. (Room 10) As others have mentioned, the stairs to get to the rooms are quite narrow and I can’t imagine trying to get up with suitcases (we only had hand luggage) The room had almost no storage. Check-in was easy enough through a keypad code which had been sent by What’s App and email. (No one met us as other reviews had mentioned) It was pretty straightforward. Also received an email day after check-in to see if we needed anything. Overall, an ok place for a couple of nights but not worth the money.
