"The only good is the Location This is not hotel, this is Airbnb When u walk to the propety is some construction staff. I hurt my foot. I except this is hotel with reception. I came early for drop of my luggage, but for my surprise, is not possible I send message from the WhatsApp and someone told me for rent storage outside After that, she told me she will bring some water and chocolate for the inconvenience, but of corse, she didn’t I don’t recommend this place😢"

"Das Zimmer war nicht gemacht, also nur die gebrauchte Bettwäsche und dreckige stinkende Handtücher vom vorherigen Gast gemeinsam mit einem Haufen Müll vom Vorgänger. Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption und unter der 24h Hotline die laut Beschreibung immer zu erreichen ist hat niemand abgenommen. Daher nie wieder!!!!"

"What I liked was the homely feel to the place. Also a the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom and downstairs toilet. Kitchen and living room were nicely laid out as was the garden. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage and surfaces. Also liked the wooden flooring throughout. Would have liked to have been able to turn the heating down as it was too warm for me. "Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."

"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."
