"The experience at The Cove Hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the property looked nothing like the photos online. The images made it seem clean, modern, and located in a nice area, but the reality was completely different. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, with people wandering around outside who appeared clearly under the influence. Within minutes of arriving, we felt uncomfortable enough that we immediately canceled our booking and left. It was honestly one of the most misleading hotel experiences we’ve had. If you’re considering staying here based on the pictures online, be aware that the real situation may not match what’s advertised. Our advice: Stay home and Stay safe."

"Wonderful location near cruise port. Walk along path all the way to Queen Mary or cruise! I did it in a wheelchair so you can easily! great people at front desk. So helpful and kind. Everyone was dedicated to top notch customer service. Good hot breakfast with attentive staff. Pool was a bit too cold, but hot tub was nice Highly recommend! OLDFOLKTRAVEL Li and Ed"
