"The only issue I had was that room was on the warm side. Otherwise the facility and the staff were phenomenal. Extremely courteous and helpful. Location is perfect close to Stanley Park and Denman street and Vancouver's downtown. I would stay there again. "

The hotel would not reverse this ridiculous charge, therefore they will not see me staying there again. "
