"Location, Location, Location! Located right along the Arno with incredible views. Breakfast was wonderful with a large variety of traditional Italian meats, cheeses, pastries along with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although the bed was rather firm. Our bathroom had dual rain shower heads and handheld sprayers. Water was slow to heat but very hot once it did."

"Fantastic stay - highly recommend this property. It was quaint and peaceful and the staff were absolutely lovely. The included buffet breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner were also incredible. Would certainly stay here again."

"Our deluxe twin room was spotless and beautiful. It felt like Florence from the minute we walked in. Breakfast on the Tera e every morning with iced lattes and cappuccinos set us up for the day. The location is truly center city within walking to the Uffizi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and Academie. S Te aff was friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is fabulous! We had a deluxe room and it was HUGE! The breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We had a lovely view of the Piazza Repubblica. The location is excellent within walking distance for everything. The staff were very nice. Now, unfortunately there are always somethings that aren't great. This hotel is next door to a Hard Rock Cafe, as nice as this sounds, the Hard Rock plays loud music until around 1-2am every night. It was loud and made it difficult to sleep. The other con is there is no air conditioning in March. We had to leave the window open all day to keep the room cool so we could sleep comfortably at night. I would have left the window open at night, but I couldn't do that due to the very loud music. All in all, I would stay here again. "
