"A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here.

"My stay at Mactan Grand Golden Hotel was amazing. Friendly Staff. Great facilities and cute unique restaurant upstairs. I love the whole set up. I wish the Hotel located near malls in walking distance or any convenient store nearby, would been much better. It was rained when we stayed there so the street was flooded. Other than that it was amazing and the staff are so quick to get there when you need something. Highly recommended. "
"A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area. "

"Enjoyed my stay, had a pleasant experience. Reception team is affable and respectful, communication with them is smooth, and while cheerful and friendly, they stay professional. Room is clean and kitchen appliances and cookware are complete with a dish liquid and a sponge all set up. Close to the airport and Marina Mall for grocery and other food stores. "The hotel was nice overall but it could use some upgrades. We had issues closing our sliding patio door and the shower knob leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice beach during high tide, pool and hot tub area. Just need to supervise guests with children to not use hot tub as a kiddie pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. "
