We were able to get the from desk to adjust it lower on a master control 2 of the 4 nights but if you touched the thermostat it would go back to 24 and depending on who was at the front desk you may or may not get it adjusted. Location was great for dining, shopping, and getting transportation. "

Then they said they would refund me, and cancel then they refused to refund me, when I kept the room there was no water, no way to flush toilet shower or wash hands. They were aware of this issue before I checked in. I will report them to local authorities."
