"My only disappointment was booked a room with balcony and pool view but got a room with a back alley view. On arrival showed my booking to the guy on reception and he said no room available!!"

"The resort is very nice, stuff friendly, the concierge very experienced and helpful. The lady at the reservation wasn’t very nice. I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better "

"The hotel is great , staff are lovely and helpful. It’s perfect if you want a very quiet holiday without leaving the hotel much as It’s a comfortable and clean hotel with lovely rooftop pool to relax. The only negative is that it’s quite isolated which I hadn’t realised so we spent a lot on travel taxis etc. "
